Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was amazing, right on the beach with fantastic ocean views, the lack of air conditioning in the upper floor rooms with single beds was a downside. The service was great overall, and the dining experience with regional products included was satisfactory.

The hotel is conveniently located right on Cala Major beach, offering stunning views and easy access to the beach. The rooms are well-equipped with modern facilities but lacked a working air conditioning system during my stay, and my single bed was not the most spacious. The service was excellent, with prompt room service and efficient housekeeping, although I didn't get a welcome drink upon arrival. The location couldn't be better if you love being by the beach, with tours and ticket assistance available. The dining experience in the à la carte restaurant was delightful, especially the freshly baked cookies. The facilities were top-notch, providing great value for the money.
